Phoenix to LV Ranch Estates:
Take I-17 north to Hwy. 69 exit (Prescott/Cordes Junction). Take Hwy. 69 north through Dewey to Fain Road. Turn north (right) and proceed on Fain Road; it turns into 89A/Pioneer Pkwy. Stay on Pioneer Pkwy to the end, turn north (right) onto Williamson Valley Road. Drive 15 miles and turn left at Fair Oaks Road; drive 1.5 miles to the entrance to Las Vegas Ranch on your right.

Phoenix to Prescott Sales Center:
Take I-17 north to Hwy. 69 exit (Prescott/Cordes Junction). Take Hwy. 69 north through Prescott Valley into Prescott. Follow signs to merge left off Hwy. 69 onto Gurley Street. Straight ahead on Gurley Street to Cortez Street (the Courthouse Square). Left on Cortez ; one block to Goodwin Street, then right on Goodwin. The LV Ranch Estates sales office is on your left, between the Post Office and the Chamber of Commerce.
